How to Build Resilience During Your IOP Journey
Starting an intensive outpatient program (IOP) is a big step toward getting better and growing as a person. Whether you’re doing a regular or virtual IOP, the process can be hard and test your mental and emotional strength. Resilience becomes your anchor, helping you get through terrible times and stay on the road to recovery.
